Surface sizing agent BRSS-002
1. Characteristics
Surface sizing agent BRSS-002 is a kind of styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion. It has nano-sized latex particles, lower curing temperature, excellent mechanical stability and less foam. It can rapidly obtain good sizing degree， anti-humidity and environmental stability for paper or board，even with less amount of aluminum sulfate. It can be used in corrugated paper, cardboard paper, coated paper and white cardboard, etc.

3. Usage
The recommended dosage is 0.5-3 kg per ton paper. The dosage in each case is related to water-proof demand, raw material, performance of paper machine and so on.
Generally, the product is continuously added into the gelatinized starch tank or pipe, or added into the storage tank in batches.
The temperature of starch solution should not be higher than 70℃. Higher temperature will affect surfacing sizing effect.
4. Packing & Storage
l Polyethylene plastic drum, net weight 200kg/1000kg.
l The product should be kept sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and especially should be prevented from freezing and exposure. The storage period is 6 months.
