Surface sizing agent BRSS-003P
1. Characteristics
Surface sizing agent BRSS-003P is a kind of styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion. It has good compatibility with water glass. It can quickly improve water resistance and surface strength of paper or board, reduce the lint and dust of paper, and improve the printability of paper. It can be used in corrugated paper, cardboard paper, coated paper, printing paper, white cardboard and light weight coated paper, etc.

3. Usage
The recommended dosage is 1.0-4.0 kg per ton paper. The dosage in each case is related to water-proof demand, raw material, performance of paper machine and so on,
Generally, it is continuously added into the gelatinized starch tank or pipe, or added into the storage tank in batches.
The temperature of starch solution should not be higher than 70℃. Higher temperature will affect surfacing sizing effect.
4. Packing & Storage
l Polyethylene plastic drum, net weight 200kg/1000kg.
l The product should be kept sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and especially should be prevented from freezing and exposure. The storage period is 6 months.
